Everyone needs a summer holiday, it’s it just the holiday itself, it’s the whole build up that gets us all excited, especially the shopping.
So we have complied a list of holiday essentials that you must always remember to pack..
1.      Bikini
Don’t bring more than two bikinis as you’ll only ever end up wearing your favourite couple anyway. Shop to flatter your body shape and feel confident by the pool side
2.      Sun hat
A large floppy sun hat will serve two purposes â?? essentially it protects your head and avoids sunstroke. As an additional benefit an oversize sun hat will give a glamour factor to your sunbathing and slim your body.
3.      Sandals
Shoes will take up too much precious room in your suitcase and won’t be comfortable to wear in hot weather anyway. Invest in some pretty sandals and make sure you manicure toes before jetting off abroad.
4.      Maxi dress
Very on trend, and versatile for both evening, and throwing over a swimming costume in the day time, a maxi is an essential for your suitcase this summer. Everybody needs a collection of women’s dresses for the summer!

Following all the talk of what dress Kate Middleton was going to wear for her wedding, there wasn’t a disappointed person anywhere, but has she set herself a bench mark that she might not be able to live up to?
You have to admit that she did look beautiful and there wouldn’t have been a style or dress that could have made her look any more beautiful than she did.
The problem is that she has now set herself as one of the fashionistas of the time and will probably always come under scrutiny if she stepped out of the house looking a little below par.
She will not only be judged on her success and contribution to the monarchy but what she wears will also be judged continuously by the worlds media.
But not too worry she has enough money and time to consider her evening dresses at all times so I doubt that she will disappoint.

As women get older, disguising problem areas becomes a skill as they automatically try and cover up too much and lose their best bits under baggy, unflattering clothing.
The most common areas that women want to hide or disguise are:
Flabby upper arms/ bingo wings
Large tummy
Large bottom/hips
The neck
A few simple tips can easily disguise these areas leaving you free to enhance the bits you love.
Bingo wings can be hidden with a flattering ¾ length top or shirt. By exposing the slimmest part of the arm, your eye is tricked into thinking you have long, slender limbs.
If you think your stomach is better hidden under a baggy shirt then think again. Invest in a couple of wrap dresses as these disguise your tummy whilst pulling in your waist giving you a gorgeous silhouette.
Disguise a large bottom or wide hips by wearing dark colours on your bottom half which dramatically slims you down. As do wide legged trousers and flared skirts finishing at the knee.
‘Turkey necks’ and loose skin significantly age women, even when their face is relatively wrinkle free. To disguise this area, cowl or polo neck jumpers are great, but be sure they are not too tight as this can make your neck look shorter.
So whether you have great legs but a less than perfect tummy or you have toned arms but can’t stand your big bum, there is a fashion solution out there to help you.

As the January blues begin to fade, booking a holiday can provide you with something to look forward to.
However, women’s fashion rules can sometimes go out the window when you’re on holiday, so a simple guide to make sure you feel comfortable and look your best can be useful.
With holiday ranges already been stocked in many ladies clothing retailers, it’s a good idea to buy now and save for later, leaving it until the last minute may leave you in a stress, as many holiday clothes are snapped up in advance.
This also gives you plenty of time to find what suits you best and it also means you can keep track of new collections and arrivals into stores. You have time to try the outfits on at home and make sure that they fit you correctly.
Check your wardrobe for potential pieces that you would like to take with you, and then you can eliminate what you need to buy from there.
Try on different patterns, fabrics and fittings; spend time trying on different shapes to find what flatters you the most.
Quick tips guide:
Tall and slim- the maxi dress is made for you.
Petite- You can get away with wearing horizontal stripes.
Small bust- Florals and dresses with ruffles around the bust give the impression of an enhanced bust.
Large bust- Deep v-necklines can balance you out, and make sure you are not too over-exposed.
Pear shapes- waist belts will cinch you in, and full skirts will hide a fuller bottom.
